Stroke School focuses on the four strokes in competitive swimming and turns and dives. This program is instructional and recreational. There are no swim meets.

Stroke School is the next step for swimmers who have achieved intermediate or competitive swimming ability.

Its the bridge between learn to swim and competitive swimming. The focus is on improving each swimmer’s stroke technique with a focus on developing the 4 strokes.
