Dance and Fitness

We offer a wide range of dance fitness classes including;
Dance fusion- In these classes pain is gain but fun is the culture -as is a personalized experience! Whether you are learning to dance to get fit, toned and healthy, or to stand out at social events, or just blowing off some steam; these classes will meet your need.

Yoga- In this class the basic, foundational yoga postures are practiced to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body. Breathing techniques and meditation are also integrated. You can expect an emphasis on simplicity, repetition, and ease of movement. Full-body relaxation and balance are the goals, as we make a full circuit of the body’s range of motion with standing postures, twists, backbends, forward folds, and hip openers.

Triple X- Our triple x class is a crossfit workout that combines 3 exercises for the same muscle group. This method is used for synergistic or antagonistic muscle groups, as the sets are done with little to no rest in between the exercises.

Soccer

Our soccer classes teaches children from 18 months all the way to adult level. In a class that is led by one of our coaches you will play organized games together to further develop listening skills, balance, ball skills, and foot-eye coordination.

As their skill sets improve, children will begin to gain self-confidence and independence, preparing them for the next level.

Track

Our Track lessons include, intense cardio, strength, balance, and plyometric drills, along with core work designed to improve performance in athletics as well as everyday activities.

Functional fitness at its best. Our classes are sure to challenge all who participate.

Cycling Classes

Through step by step enhancing activities our team at Swim Africa, will train you to ride a bike whether you’re new to riding bikes or have had past experience.

Our kid-friendly instructors will provide a combination of personalized and group instruction to help overcome fears, teach important skills such as starting and stopping, and help you understand how to maneuver your bike around obstacles.

It is a fun and engaging class that will have you rolling around in no time!

Follow your dreams

Boating

We teach water safety, in our boating classes. Where children learn how to manuver kayaks in the water and steer them in the right direction. This class is open to both children and adults.

Bait right with us

Fishing

During our Fishing Lessons for Kids, we will go over all the necessary beginner level skills needed. Our Kids Fishing Lessons can be oriented toward “Kids” style gear or we can add some advanced Fishing Techniques into the instruction.
